What drives the price
- Roofline length and height. Front-only versus all sides, and one story versus two. This is usually the biggest factor.
- Palms and trees. Each wrapped trunk or canopy adds labor and lights. Tall palms and big oaks can need a lift.
- Colors and bulb type. C9 bulbs on the roofline, mini lights on palms and shrubs, warm white, multicolor or a custom mix.
- Extras. Wreaths, garland, gates, yard displays, pathway and landscape lighting.
Why online “averages” look lower
National cost guides often quote a few hundred dollars. Those numbers usually cover labor to hang lights you already own. With us you don’t buy anything: the commercial-grade lights and clips are ours, a failed strand gets fixed at no charge, and we take everything down and store it until next year.
Every price includes
- A custom design for your house, not a kit
- Commercial-grade LED lights, clips and timers, supplied by us
- Installation by an insured crew, with no staples or nails in your roof
- Maintenance all season
- Takedown after the holidays and off-season storage
Returning customers get renewal pricing each summer, because your design and lights are already on file. See residential lighting or commercial displays for more detail.
