What a residential install includes

Every residential package is designed around your specific house — its roofline, its landscaping, and the look you want. Nothing here is a one-size-fits-all kit pulled off a shelf.

• Rooflines and peaks — clean, evenly spaced runs using clips sized to your gutters and shingles. No staples, no nails.
• Palms and trees — trunk wraps and canopy lighting, which in Florida often does more visual work than the roofline itself.
• Shrubs, windows and pathways — the details that make a display read as designed rather than assembled.
• Wreaths, garland and décor — doors, columns, railings, and entryways.
• Timers and controls — set once so the display runs on its own every evening.

The lights are ours, not yours

We supply commercial-grade LED strands and clips — the same materials we use on commercial properties, not big-box retail strands. They are brighter, they hold color, and they survive a Florida season of heat, humidity, and salt air.

Because the lights belong to us, you never store anything, and you never replace a strand out of pocket. At the end of the season everything comes down, gets inspected, and goes into our storage until next year.

What it costs

Pricing depends on the size of the roofline, the number of trees and palms, the height and access, and how much décor you want. That is why every quote starts with a free on-site consultation rather than a number over the phone — we would rather quote accurately than guess.
