As early as you can. Installation runs from roughly September through December, and the best dates in November and early December go first. Booking in late summer gets you the widest choice of install date.
Yes — takedown is included. After the season we remove every light and clip, inspect the strands, and store them for you until next year. You are not left with anything to pull down or pack away.
